However, in our three hour session we covered perhaps 40% of this material. It originally came up in discussion with Johanna a little while ago; perhaps she will have references. I mention it more as an interesting & appealing idea than the One True Way. I have done something similar in a previous project but I'm struggling to remember if it was at Clearleft or uSwitch. I'll try to remember what the circumstances were, but I seem to remember it was largely driven / permitted by people being on holiday to the extent that meaningful development was impossible.
